Before you write
- Reporting an error? Include the page and, if you can, a link to the source that shows the correct information.
- A broken public charger? Report it to the network shown on the charger or in its app. They can dispatch a repair; we cannot.
- A question about a funding program? Your state DOT or energy office administers it and has the final word.
